IconikAI provides AI-powered app icon generation tools and custom application development services. The Service allows users to generate app icons using artificial intelligence, export them in various formats, and optionally engage our team for custom development work.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Promptly update your account information to keep it current
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
4. AI-Generated Content & Ownership
Icons and images generated through IconikAI are owned by you. You receive a full commercial license to use generated content for any purpose, including in app stores, marketing materials, and commercial products. You may not:
- Use generated content for illegal purposes
- Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
- Resell generated content as a competing icon generation service
5. Credits & Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Custom App Development
Custom development projects are governed by separate project agreements. General terms include:
- Project scope and deliverables are defined in a written agreement
- Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement
- Intellectual property of custom work transfers to you upon full payment
- We retain the right to use non-confidential project details in our portfolio
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IconikAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
